The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff $ 1,950.00
Our charge includes arrangement counseling, necessary arrangements, recording vital statistics, securing permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, preparation of necessary notices, and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for forwarding or receiving remains and in part for direct cremation and direct burial).
Embalming $ 675.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

This charge includes local removal of remains, basic services of staff, necessary authorizations, embalming, local transportation (Does not include shipping charges, visitation or funeral ceremony).
Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home $ 2,385.00
This charge includes basic services of staff, local transportation to funeral home, casket coach (local) to cemetery or crematory. (Does not include shipping charges, visitation or funeral ceremony).

Spartan Service with 20 ga. Steel Casket $ 4,583.00
Spartan Service with Solid Oak Rental Casket $ 4,128.00
Includes: services of Funeral Director & staff, transfer of remains to funeral home (within 20 miles), embalming, other preparation of the body, 1 hour visitation and funeral ceremony (same day) at funeral home or other location, transfer of remains to cemetery or crematory, no procession.
Immediate Burial or Direct Cremation (Range of prices) $ 1,428.00-2,328.00
•Our charge for an immediate burial (excluding ceremonies & cemetery charges) includes local removal & care of remains, basic services of staff. Price will vary based on choice of casket or container.
•If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials and are rigid in construction.

Includes cleansing of the body, dressing and feature adjustment for a brief family viewing. A “Release of Liability” must be signed by next of kin for viewing an un-embalmed body.

Cremation Options:
There are many options for cremation arrangements. Selecting the most personalized
option is a four-step process:

Select the service:
- Full service funeral with 1-2 days of visitation, a funeral ceremony at the funeral home or at another location the next day, with or without a procession, with or without a tribute service following the cremation.
- Concept service funeral with 3 hours of visitation, funeral ceremony at the funeral home or another location the same evening, with or without a tribute service following the cremation.
- Spartan service funeral with 1 hour of visitation, funeral ceremony at the funeral home the same day, with or without a tribute service following the cremation.
- Memorial service following the cremation, at the funeral home or at another location.
- A private, un-embalmed casketed or un-casketed, family viewing prior to cremation with signing of a release of liability form.
- A simplified, direct plan without ceremony or viewing.
